I consider, there is two option for Iran
The first one, Hijab will be free in Iran before 2023 and some other new rules will be implicated in favor of Iranian women, and there is no regime change for the next decade
The second one is regime change in January 2023, otherwise civil war will be the other option.
My personal opinion
Iranian will be divided into 5 small countries within 10 years after the regime change by an illegitimate external force
I personally prefer no change on the Iranian borders or its map,
